Operators – Excavator, Dozer, Loader, Tipper | HD1 – Rio Tinto | 3/1 Roster | Competitive Hourly Rates | Weekly Pay

We’re currently seeking experienced Plant Operators to join a major Rio Tinto sustaining project in the Pilbara, working on the Hope Downs 1 and 2 expansion. About the Role

We are hiring operators across the following equipment:

• Excavator (8t - 30t Tracked, 14t Wheeled)
• Dozers (D6 & D9)
• Loader (CAT 980 or equivalent, IT Loaders)
• Tipper

You’ll be completing works such as:

• Construction of pads, roads, and service corridors
• Clearing, drainage, bulk & detailed earthworks
• Borrow pit establishment and ongoing road maintenance

Roster & Hours

• 3:1 FIFO roster – 21 days on, 7 days off
• Flights from Perth to West Angeles
• 70 hrs/week | Day shift only

Requirements

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Minimum 12 months experience (specific to equipment)
• Valid RII tickets for machinery operated
• 4WD competency
• White Card
• Current Australian Driving Licence
• Rio inductions and experience working on a Rio site is very beneficial
