About the role: 

We are currently recruiting skilled Civil Mobile Plant Operators to undertake an exciting Mine Asset Development Project at Rio Tintos' West Angelas mine site.

This will be on a 3/1 Roster, flying out of Perth to West Angelas. 

Key responsibilities: 

Civil Operators are currently required for:

• Graders
• Excavators
• Loaders/Skidsteer
• Rollers
• Moxy Dump Trucks/Telehandlers

Project Brief:

• Construction of a portion of the HME park up facility including a LV park up area and mobile equipment maintenance pad
• design, supply and installation of HME facilities including a crib room, a meeting room, a potable water treatment plant, a smokers hut and associated infrastructure
• supply and installation of low voltage electrical, conduits, pits, distribution boards and connections to HME facilities from the transformer kiosk
• construction of HV and LV turkeys nests
• construction of sedimentation ponds for Pits AW1, AW2 and AW3
• other general site works as directed by the Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' civil operating experience on Mobile Plant Machinery including relevant site experience
• Nationally Accredited RII Certificate of attainment for the above machine/s 
• Rio Tinto Inductions 
• Current Manual Australian Drivers License - HR preferred
• White Card
• Positive and Productive attitude
