About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive Senior People & Culture Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day P&C operations while supporting strategic initiatives. Working closely with the P&C Business Partner and the P&C Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining systems, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of team goals.
You’ll liaise across teams, provide high-quality administrative support, and contribute to a positive, compliant and people-focused culture. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, systems and reporting, values accuracy, and brings strong HR coordination experience to the table.
