Employment Type: Full-time permanent position 
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster including weekends and split shifts. 
Wage Rate: $25.50

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
• Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate daily specials, promotions, and relevant information to the team.
• Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
• Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
• Any additional duties reasonably requested by Restaurant & Bar Manager or General Manager, 

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of proven Food & Beverage experience.
• An LCQ qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
• Experienced in event setup and efficient clearance processes.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• flexible in availability to work rotating roster including split shifts and weekends.
• A can-do attitude and calm approach under pressure.
