Employment Type: Full-time permanent position.  
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 
Shift Times: 9:00am - 5:30pm 
Wage Rate: $27 - $29 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination of the day-to-day operations in the housekeeping department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
• Train new staff members, ensuring they understand the hotel's operational and brand standards and procedures.
• Providing supervision and guidance to Room Attendants.
• Inspect rooms to ensure that service and brand standards are consistently met through regular audits.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team, logging and reporting any maintenance issues in the rooms.
• Work closely with the Executive Housekeeping Manager.
• Any additional tasks reasonably required by the Executive Housekeeping Manager

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3 years of relevant experience in the housekeeping department, or experience at a supervisory level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
