Employment Type: Full-time permanent role
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday.
Wage Rate: $25 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of cooking utensils and pots used in the kitchen
- Cleaning out fridges, freezers and deep fryers as required
- Cleaning kitchen and food preparation areas, including sculleries
- Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, and ensuring they are sanitised regularly
- Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking as required by the chefs
- Any other duties reasonably required by the sous chef or head chef.
Preferred Skills & Experience: - One year's experience in a similar hospitality role would be beneficial.
- Flexible in availability - able to work morning/evening shifts, including weekends.
- However, All we ask is that you are punctual, hard working, well presented, friendly with a warm personality, and have a keen eye for detail.
