Hotel: Scenic Hotel Dunedin City
Location: 123 Princes Street, Cnr Princes & Dowling Streets
Rostered timetable: Monday - Sunday on a 7-day rostered timetable  
Shifts: Shifts: 6.30am - 3pm, 2.30pm - 11pm
Hours: Part-time minimum 16 hours OR Full-time 30 hours guaranteed a week.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/check-out.
• Handling reservations and providing daily reservation management.
• Responding to guest inquiries and sharing local attraction information.
• Maintaining clean and tidy reception and public areas.
• Managing administrative duties, including mail handling.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
