Location: West Coast - Haast
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week. Rotating roster, including weekends.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position
Hotel: Heartland Hotel Haast

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Bartender role will involve:

• Provide excellent customer service with a bit of personality and flare! 
• Shake, stir, and serve cocktails to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised bar area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies 
• Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will need to have:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Driver's Licence to drive guest with our shuttle.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines and understanding of spirits.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
