Location: 118 High Street, Central Dunedin
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent waged role. Monday to Sunday.
Hours: 30 hours guaranteed per week
Shifts: Roster is over 7-days, 10:30pm - 07:00am. Two consecutive days off

Are you a night owl who enjoys making late-night guests feel welcome and valued? Keep things secure as you oversee our hotel's night-time operations. Keep our reception and public areas sparkling. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee night shifts, including meeting and greeting guests arriving late.
• Respond to guest enquiries at night.
• Oversee security of the hotel property, and report any incidents or concerns to the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
• Re-stock shop items (if required) and clean reception and public areas.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
