The Hospitality Assistant role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.
• Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Taking a pro-active approach to cleaning of the property, and taking pride in the appearance of the property.
• Stack dishes, and assist with the cleaning of pots and pans
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen
• Clean out fridges, freezers and deep fryers as required
• Assist chefs with other kitchen duties as required

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
It would be an advantage for the successful candidate to have:

• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
