The Receptionist role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Receptionist role will involve:
- Meeting and greeting guests, and assisting with checking guests in and out.
- Advising on and arranging reservations and assisting with managing reservations on a day-to-day basis.
- Responding to guest enquiries and giving information on local attractions.
- Ensuring that reception and public areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Performing administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications RequiredThe successful candidate will need to have:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
- Excellent verbal communication skills will be required.
- Own vehicle and driver's licence required.
