Working with a well-established professional team, this position will contribute to the ongoing success of the Finance function at Scenic Hotel Group and Scenic Hospitality Services. This position will work with a portfolio of hotels across New Zealand. Accurate processing, payment and reconciliation of accounts payable invoices and credit notes are key elements of the role, as is the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements including technology enhancements.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Preparation of invoices and credit notes for scanning before input
- Purchasing invoice matching: match into AP data entry format as available, liaising with the hotel for any queries
- Reconciliation of statements
- Liaising with clients regarding accounts payable queries as required
- Processing Direct Credit payments at the end of the month
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Requirements - At least three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
- Excellent written communication.
- A high level of accuracy.
- Be able to think on your feet and be flexible.
- Have excellent computer skills.
- Experience with high volume invoice processing
