Hotel: Scenic Hotel Dunedin City
Location: 123 Princes Street, Central Dunedin
Hours: Your day could look like this. Day Shifts: 07:00am - 15:30pm & 14:30pm - 11:00pm. Night Shifts:10:30pm - 7:00 am.
Rotating roster, including weekends. Weekends are our busiest times. 
Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time waged position available.

Are you someone who thrives at any hour, whether it's greeting late-night guests with a warm welcome or starting the day with a smile? In this role, you'll work two overnight shifts and three daytime shifts each week, helping us create a safe and inviting atmosphere. You'll oversee hotel operations, greet guests with warmth, and keep our reception and public areas spotless.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-ins and check-outs.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly, day or night.
• Monitor hotel security and report any issues.
• Re-stock shop items and keep reception and public areas clean.
• Support tasks assigned by the Front Office or General Manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
