The Food & Beverage Duty Manager role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our garden bar operations. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Duty Manager role will involve:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
• Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
It would be an advantage for the successful candidate to have:

• 1-2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience at a supervisory level.
• An LCQ and managers certificate.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of culinary trends and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
