The Guest Service Attendant role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Greeting guests at Reception and assist with escorting guest to their room.
• Checking guests in on arrival checking them out on departure
• Assisting guests with luggage.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of entrance areas and lobbies for guests.
• Answering queries from guests about local attractions and booking tours.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
It would be an advantage for the successful candidate to have:

• At least 1-2 year experience in a similar hospitality role, and
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
