Employment Type: Full-Time Waged. Monday to Sunday rostered.
Minimum Guaranteed Hours Available: 30 hours per week
The Housekeeping Supervisor role offers variety, and is an exciting opportunity for the hospitality professional looking to take on work on the beautiful West Coast.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Housekeeping department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
- Providing supervision, training and guidance to Room Attendants.
- Checking rooms after completion to make sure service standards are maintained.
- Cleaning the interior of buildings and the immediate outside areas.
- Stripping and making beds, and changing bed line.
- Restocking minibars and replenishing items such as drinking glasses, writing equipment, linen and groceries.
Preferred Skills & Experience: - 3 years of relevant Housekeeping experience.
- At least one year in a Supervisor role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
