Location: 380 Queen Street, Auckland CBD 
Employment Type: Part-Time, Permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday.
Wage Rate: Starting from $25  per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests, providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Assist customers with menu selections and cater to special requests or dietary requirements.
• Clearing tables and returning dishes to the kitchen.
• Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
• Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role. 
• Barista or bar experience would be an advantage! 
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. 
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts including weekends. 
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
