Employment Type: Full-time permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, rotating roster, including weekends.
Wage Rate: $25.50 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
- Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
- Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
- Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain service flow and resolve any operational issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience: - 2 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
- An LCQ qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
- Customer service superstar!
- Positive can-do-attitude.
- Flexible in availability - must be available to work the Christmas/New Year period.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
