Employment Type: Full-Time permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday. The schedule will include split shifts.
Wage Rate: $25 - $26 per hour

The Food & Beverage Attendant role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-organised, including resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
• Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
• Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible in availability to work mornings and evenings, with split shifts. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
