Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week. Rotating roster, including weekends. 
Employment Type: Full-Time waged position available.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during daily operations
• Supervise, train and coach team members
• Ensure service standards, procedures and compliance requirements are followed
• Set up and prepare restaurant and event spaces
• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Recommend food and wine pairings
• Handle payments and operate POS systems
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining environment
• Support responsible alcohol service and host responsibility requirements
• Assist with stock, beverage service and venue presentation
• Carry out additional duties as required by management

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• 3-5 years relevant Food & Beverage experience
• At least two years experience at a Supervisory level or in a Senior Food & Beverage position
• Duty Manager Licence (Required)
