This Restaurant Manager role is a great opportunity for someone currently in an Assistant Manager or Supervisor position who’s ready to take the next step. You’ll work closely with our management team and support the Food & Beverage team in a vibrant Paihia.

Your Role: What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the team with duty allocation and operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
• Help manage staff rosters and attendance records.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for seamless service.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal menus.
• Recommend improvements to boost performance and guest satisfaction.
• Support training to ensure service standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Supervise daily team performance and ensure excellent service.
• Address staff concerns and support retention strategies.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior Food & Beverage role or similar environment is required.
  
• Current Duty Manager Certificate is preferred.
