Hotel: Scenic Hotel Bay of Islands
Location: 58 Seaview Road, Paihia
Shifts: Day Shifts - 7am till 3pm. Evening Shifts - 3pm till 11pm. Depending on Events. 
Employment Type: Fixed-Term from September 2026 until End May 2027.
Hours:Minimum guaranteed of 30 hours per week Or 15-20 hours per week.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/check-out.
• Handling reservations and providing daily reservation management.
• Responding to guest inquiries and sharing local attraction information.
• Maintaining clean and tidy reception and public areas.
• Managing administrative duties, including mail handling.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
