Is This Your Ideal Role?
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Ground & Maintenance Assistant role is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property.

Your Role: What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities:

• Repair buildings, furniture, fittings.
• Replace faulty items like light bulbs. Install handrails, fittings etc.
• Assist in painting as directed.
• Maintain outdoor areas, clear debris.
• Look after the lawns, care for plants, spray for pests.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience with building repairs / maintenance and gardening required
• Relevant trade qualification (appreciated but not essential)
• Full NZ Drivers Licence
