Responsibilities:
Manage daily hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent guest experience
• Monitor and manage the hotel's financial performance, including budgets, forecasting and revenue management
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and staff
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Continually improve the guest experience through innovative ideas and initiatives
• Engage with local businesses and community groups
• Drive cultural engagement throughout the resort

Requirements:
Ideally 5 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and product presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to succeed
• Has experience working in remote locations and understands the complexities of such locations
