Hours of Work: Full-time - 30 hours per week
Employment: Full-Time - Morning & evening shifts are involved, including weekends

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-organised, including resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
• Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
• Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food.
• Assist with additional duties reasonably required by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

Full training will be provided.

• Previous hospitality or customer-facing roles will be an advantage but not needed.
• Flexible in availability to work mornings and evenings, and weekends.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Team player and multitasker.
