Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/check-out.
- Handling reservations and providing daily reservation management.
- Responding to guest inquiries and sharing local attraction information.
- Maintaining clean and tidy reception and public areas.
- Managing administrative duties, including mail handling.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required - A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
