This is a hands-on role suited to a finance professional who enjoys combining strong accounting fundamentals with project delivery, systems improvement, and practical change.
About the role
Working closely with the Group Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in improving how our finance function supports the business. You’ll be involved in finance systems administration and development (TechOne), process improvement projects, reporting enhancements, and the onboarding of new properties.
You’ll work alongside Finance, IT, HR, and operational teams, helping translate finance requirements into practical, well‑adopted solutions.
Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting TechOne system administration, upgrades, testing, and reporting tools
- Improving purchasing, approvals, workflows, and management reporting
- Providing base-level management accounting support, including month-end activities, reconciliations, and GST
- Developing and maintaining clear finance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Supporting change management and system adoption across finance and operational teams
About you
- Strong accounting background with hands‑on management accounting experience and a relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance
- Significant experience (ideally 10+ years) delivering finance systems or process improvement initiatives
- Confident working with finance data, systems, and reporting tools (TechOne experience desirable)
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and work across finance and non‑finance teams
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a project environment
- Formal project management experience or qualification preferred
