Hours of Work: : Guaranteed a minimum of 10 hours per week, on a rotating roster including weekends.

Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. You will ensure that our guests experience a clean and comfortable environment during their staying experience is a plus
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms and public areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces.
- Replenish room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and bed linens, as needed.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and making beds.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant departments.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow the company’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that all equipment and cleaning materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests, responding to their needs and requests professionally.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are properly washed and stored.
Preferred Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and support others when required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail with the ability to ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible in availability to work weekends.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
