Location: West Coast
Employment Type: Permanent Position
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday. The schedule will include split shifts.
Wage Rate: $28.00-$30.00per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
• Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicate daily specials, promotions, and relevant information to the team.
• Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
• Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience
• An LCQ qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
