Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term position
Dates: Starting end of January 2026 - finishing mid April 2026
Hours of Work: Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.
Wage: $26.50 per hour

The
Food & Beverage Attendant role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requires a can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities: - Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders.
- Serving food and beverages to guests.
- Ensure that dining areas are clean and well-organised, including resetting tables for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
- Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food.
- Assist with additional duties reasonably required by the Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
Preferred Skills & Experience: - 1-2 year's experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with full availability required over the Christmas and New Year period.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
