Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week. Rotating roster, including weekends.
Employment Type:  Seasonal, Fixed-Term contract from November 2025 - April 2026

The Food & Beverage Supervisor role offers variety, and is an exciting opportunity for the hospitality professional looking to take their career to the next level!

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Supervisor role will involve:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of teams in the Food & Beverage department, including making sure team members understand their allocated tasks.
• Providing supervision, training and guidance to Food & Beverage Attendants.
• Greeting and seating guests. Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Taking a proactive approach to sanitising and cleaning the restaurant.
• Collecting payments for sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will need to have:

• 2-3 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience, and
• 1 years experience in a similar role (preferred), and 
• An LCQ qualification and a relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
