Hotel: Scenic Hotel Dunedin City
Location: 123 Princes Street, Cnr Princes & Dowling Streets
Employment Type: Full-Time Waged. Monday to Sunday on a 7day-roster.
Morning & Evening Shifts: You will work a mixture of shifts. Breakfast Shift is 6am till 12pm & Evening Shift is 5pm till 10/11pm. (This will be for mainly Evening shifts)

Consider our Food & Beverage department. You'll oversee daily operations, provide guidance to team members, and maintain department procedures. Additionally, you'll greet and serve guests, manage orders, handle payments, and even recommend wine pairings. Your Role: What You'll Do and Your Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations and task allocation in the Food & Beverage department.
• Providing supervision and training to Attendants.
• Greeting guests, taking orders, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Prioritizing restaurant cleanliness.
• Handling payments and operating our POS system.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 2-3 Years of relevant Food & Beverage experience in hotel industry required. 
• 1 Year experience in a similar role
• Good communication to work with the team and guests
• LCQ Certificate
