Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.

The Executive Housekeeper role is a key position in the day-to-day running of the property, and is ideal for the hospitality professional with supervisor experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the department including determining work requirements and allocation of duties.
- Preparation and maintenance of Housekeeping department rosters and attendance records.
- Oversight of day-to-day activity of Housekeeping staff, and ensuring that training is coordinated, structured, and aligned with service standards.
- Planning, budgeting, and ordering for the department.
- Taking a proactive approach to driving service improvements to maximise departmental success.
Preferred Skills & Experience: - 3 - 5 years relevant housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years working at a supervisor level, and
- A current First Aid certificate.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
