Hotel: Scenic Hotel Te Pania
Location: 45 Marine Parade, Napier South, Napier 4110
Employment Type: Fixed-term seasonal contracts and casual positions available (2 casual vacancies)
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, rotating roster, including weekends.
Dates: Seasonal roles from September 2025 to March 2026
Wage Rate: $23.50 - $24 per hour

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Scenic Hotel Te Pania is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendants to help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort for the busy summer season. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets.
• Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Other cleaning duties including cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, and polishing furniture.
• Working collectively within a team environment 
• Taking a pro-active approach to cleaning of the property, and taking pride in the appearance of the property.

Preferred Skills & Experience: 

• 1-2 years relevant experience in housekeeping preferred but not essential. 
• Must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with full availability required over the Christmas and New Year period.
• A positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
