As part of our ongoing growth, we're seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of diverse projects across our portfolio in New Zealand and the Pacific. 
 
About the Role 
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the end-to-end delivery of construction projects—from design and procurement through to construction and handover. You'll manage multiple projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across NZ and the Pacific. 
• Coordinate project delivery across onsite and office environments. 
• Build and lead high-performing contractor and subcontractor teams. 
• Lead procurement decisions focused on cost-efficiency and performance. 
• Conduct weekly project meetings with stakeholders and site teams. 
• Interpret architectural and structural plans with a practical lens. 
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project risks. 
• Ensure compliance with NZ building codes, health & safety standards, and council consent processes. 
• Deliver Building Warrant of Finesses for Scenic Hotel Group, lead IQP and service contractors involved in the BWOF process. 

 
About You 
You're a confident leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to doing things the right way—every time. 
 
To be successful, you'll bring: 

• Licensed Building Practitioner certification. 
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management. 
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction sequencing. 
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). 
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. 
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver quality outcomes. 
• A strong working knowledge of BWOF and associated IQP/service contractor management
