Location: Mangere, Auckland (14 Airpark Drive, Airport Oaks)
Employment Type: Full-time permanent position 
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week, on a rotating
roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday. 
Shift Times: 2.30pm to 9:00pm 
Wage Rate: $24 - $24.50

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens and guest clothing.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure all laundry is cleaned to the highest standards.
• Monitor and replenish laundry supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Participate in routine deep-cleaning or machine maintenance schedules
• Assist with packing, labeling, and delivering clean linen to various departments
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety and hotel protocols.
• Assisting with all aspects of laundry services.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred however, full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods, and lift linen bags around 20kgs - 25kgs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Full NZ driver's licence. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
