Monday to Sunday rostered - 5 days on 2 days off

We’re on the lookout for a Guest Services Attendant to take the lead on reception and bar duties, with a willingness to lend a hand in housekeeping when needed. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your positive attitude and flexibility will make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Guest Service/Receptionist:

• Welcome and assist guests to ensure they feel looked after
• Reception duties, answering phone, bookings etc.
• Support front office, café & bar, and housekeeping teams as needed

Food & Beverage (Café & Bar):

• Take orders and serve food and drinks with care
• Process payments and help keep service areas clean and inviting

Housekeeping:

• Clean and reset guest rooms to a high standard
• Ensure rooms are tidy, comfortable, and fully stocked

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone available from August 2025 - April 2026
• A full driver’s licence is essential (Driving guest shuttle)
• A team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospitality environment within similar roles
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
