Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position.
Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends.
Salary: $65k - $70k annually

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and forward-thinking Restaurant Manager who brings a flair for exceptional Food & Beverage service and keeps pace with emerging hospitality trends. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the running of the department including determining work requirements and allocation of duties.
- Preparation and maintenance of Food & Beverage department rosters and attendance records.
- Planning, budgeting, ordering supplies, and assisting in the design of seasonal food & beverage menus.
- Oversight of day-to-day activity of Food & Beverage staff, and ensuring that training is coordinated, structured, and aligned with service standards.
- Taking a proactive approach to implementing service improvements to drive departmental success.
- Fostering a positive work atmosphere and maintaining effective communication within the team.
- Any additional task reasonably requested by Hotel Manager or General Manager.
Preferred Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years relevant Food & Beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- An LCQ qualification, and a current Managers Certificate.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, local suppliers, and wine pairings.
- Ability to drive upselling and increase average spend per guest.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
