Hotel: Scenic Hotel Southern Cross
Location: 118 High Street, Central Dunedin
Hours of Work: Monday - Sunday on a 7-day rostered timetable (Weekend & Public Holiday work required)
Contract Type: Full-Time Waged, guaranteed 30 hours per week
Typical Shifts: 6:30am - 3pm OR 2.30pm - 11pm. (Successful applicant will be expected to do a mix of both.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests with check-in/check-out.
• Handling reservations and providing daily reservation management.
• Responding to guest inquiries and sharing local attraction information.
• Maintaining clean and tidy reception and public areas.
• Managing administrative duties, including mail handling.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

• A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role, and
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
