This is a key leadership role that plays an important part in the day-to-day success of our hotel.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the department including determining work requirements and allocation of duties.
- Preparation and maintenance of Housekeeping department rosters and attendance records.
- Oversight of day-to-day activity of Housekeeping staff, and ensuring that training is coordinated, structured, and aligned with service standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with company standards.
- Planning, budgeting, and ordering for the department.
- Taking a proactive approach to driving service improvements to maximise departmental success.
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., front office, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all health and safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met across the department.
- Track department performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Preferred Skills & Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and support a diverse team.
- Strong communication and time management skills — you're calm under pressure and great with people.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and high service standards.
- Tech-savvy with experience using housekeeping or property management systems.
- A current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- A hospitality-related qualification is desirable but not essential.
