We are seeking a full-time or part-time qualified Diploma Educator to join us as at our Austral Tribe. 

We are looking for a Diploma Educator with a proven experience in the early years (0- 3 years).  Being a strong believer in adventurous play, you will provide children with opportunities to explore and test their own capacity, access risks and manage situations, master new skills, extend their limits and learn life skills. 

The successful candidates demonstrate working knowledge of the Nation Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the ability to follow our programs. 

Essential Criteria: 

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or other recognized qualifications by ACECQA
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Great attitude and work ethics
• Experience in children's development from 0-5 years old
• Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in a similar role.
