We are seeking a full-time or part-time qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join us as at our Austral Service. This role will assist the Nominated Supervisor to provide guidance and support educators in line with our current curriculum and School Readiness Programme.
Our Austral Service
Our Austral service opened in 2024, it provides beautiful environments to nurture a child's soul. Our Paddock to Plate philosophy, quite literally, sits at the heart of our curriculum. It is the reason we have surrounded our centres with extensive produce gardens and orchards, ensuring children not only have abounding access to the natural environment but also learn first-hand where their food comes from. We believe in stretching the realms of everyday practice and reconceptualising risk through a developmental lens. We advocate for the potential benefits of taking risks for children’s agency, learning and well-being. Orchard Early Learning Centres are led by an experienced and warm educational team, we focus on creating learning experiences that allow children to engage thoughtfully and inquisitively with the ever-evolving world around them. We look forward to welcoming you to our Tribe!As an Early childhood teacher you will guide and mentor the educators, offer support, and overlook our floor book. You will also have a dedicated day off the floor, where you will provide assistance with programming and planning.
