Inventory Coordinator
Welshpool Location
Permanent, Full-Time Position with Annual & Sick Leave
 
Our client is a leading distributor of construction equipment that operates on a national scale, with 1000+ employees across the country. As a result of ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a permanent, full-time Inventory Coordinator to join their team in Welshpool.
 
Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, this role will be based in a small office attached to the warehouse, working between the office and warehouse.
 
What will this position entail?
This role will see you supporting the Parts Department with the below duties:

• Processing parts orders and ensuring orders are accurately entered into the system.
• Updating inventory systems when parts are received, dispatched or sold.
• Assisting with stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring the system remains up to date.
• Assisting the Parts Manager with general administration and day-to-day parts operations.

Working Hours:

• Mondays - 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesdays - Fridays - 8 AM - 4 PM
• Every Second Saturday - 6 AM - 11 AM (5 Hour Shift)
• Flexible working hours can be offered following probation period
• Optional 9 day fortnight (take 1 day off per fortnight) following probation period

Pay Rate:
As this is a permanent, full-time position, you will receive annual and sick leave, as well as:

• $30.36/Hr full-time for Monday - Friday hours
• $45.54/Hr for first 2 hours on Saturdays
• $60.72/Hr for hours 2+ on Saturdays

How can I be successful?

• Previous administration, inventory, warehouse administration, or parts experience is highly regarded.
• Confident using computer systems and updating databases.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
