Flooring Warranty Coordinator

$65,000 - $75,000 + Super with Growth Opportunities
 
Our client is a WA owed family business with multiple locations across Perth and around 60 employees within the flooring industry. As a result of ongoing growth and demand, they are currently looking to employ a Flooring Warranty Coordinator to provide strong post installation support to customers.
 
What will this position entail?
This role will see you working closely with our client's installation team that consists of approx. 5 employees, responsible for:

• Managing customer warranty and post-installation enquiries from initial report through to resolution, while keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Investigating flooring issues using photos, job history, customer information and industry knowledge to identify likely causes and determine the appropriate action.
• Coordinating site inspections, installers and installation managers, ensuring repairs, replacements and remedial works are scheduled efficiently.
• Organising materials, underlay, trims and other requirements needed to complete warranty and repair works correctly.
• Assessing and responding to complaints and product enquiries, while working closely with installation teams and stores to achieve practical outcomes.

• No overtime required! This position will see you working a consistent Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM roster with no overtime or weekend work required.
• No sales or cold calling - you will be dealing with existing customers after the sales process, as opposed to bringing on new business.

How can I be successful?

• Previous experience working within the flooring or general building industry, with strong technical knowledge of construction.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with trades, customers and installers.
• Strong computer skills and ideally, exposure to dealing with warranty support.
• Full Australian working rights and available for full-time work.
