Our client is a well-established commercial builder delivering a variety of projects across WA. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
  
This opportunity would suit an experienced Site Supervisor, as well as a skilled Leading Hand or Tradesperson looking to take the next step into a supervisory role.
  
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily site operations across commercial projects
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
• Monitoring project timelines and site progress
• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining strong safety standards and site compliance
• Conducting site inspections and resolving on-site issues
• Managing site records, reporting and documentation
• Attending site meetings with clients and stakeholders

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in commercial construction
• Experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, Leading Hand or similar
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction documentation
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple trades
• Reliable, organised and confident taking ownership of site activities
• Current Driver's Licence
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian working rights
