The Role
As an Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EI&C) Engineer, you will provide technical input across the project delivery for electrical, instrumentation and control systems packages for a major water project.

Working closely with the Lead Engineer and multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure high-quality engineering outcomes from concept through to commissioning.  
 
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and control systems packages across water treatment plant
• Support the design, installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant upgrades (by 3rd party providers)
• Diagnose faults and provide technical solutions to minimise downtime
• Prepare and update engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Work closely with operations, maintenance teams and contractors to deliver projects safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards and safety regulations

About You

• Degree qualified Electrical Engineer (essential)
• Experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control engineering with Water or Plant SMP Construction projects preferred 
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems and control philosophies
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems is essential; hands-on programming experience is not required
• Full Australian working rights
