Join a global leader in sustainable infrastructure and innovative engineering solutions. Locally here in Australia, the manages high scale water treatment plants and provides services to millions of people. They are going through a major upgrade with an 18 month - 3 year + delivery timeframe.
The Role As the Lead Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (EI&C) Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across the delivery of electrical, instrumentation and control systems for a major water project. Working closely with project managers, clients and multidisciplinary teams, you'll ensure high-quality engineering outcomes from concept through to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the technical delivery, construction, installation of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EI&C) packages.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings and technical documentation.
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and client specifications.
- Support design reviews, project planning and commissioning activities.
About You - Degree qualified Electrical Engineer (essential).
- Extensive experience in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control engineering.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems and control philosophies.
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems is essential; hands-on programming experience is not required.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.
- Experience within water, mining, industrial, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.

- Choose to be based in Perth or Sydney (Please note: Sydney residents will be required to work in Perth for around 7 weeks per year)
