Pearl Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Boilermaker for our local client who are a WA owned supplier to the construction and building industry. Based in the north-east suburbs of Perth this position will commence on a temp basis with a view for permanency for the right person.
 
The Role:
You will be working within the maintenance team will be tasked with repairs and maintenance on fixed plant equipment. Experience in the heavy manufacturing industry is a must. 
  
Key Duties:

• Carry out maintenance, repairs, and breakdown work on fixed plant machinery
• Perform fabrication, welding, and structural repairs  
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to minimise downtime

 Must Haves:

• Relevant Australian or New Zealand Trade qualification 
• Ideally hold WAH and CS (or willing to obtain) 
• Current Drivers Licence with own transport
• Permanent resident of Australia
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test

What's on Offer:

• Monday - Friday - 6AM - 2:06PM Roster 
• $57.10 p/hr + super, with penalties for hours over 38 hours per week.
• Stable day shift hours with potential for future roster flexibility.
