Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Supervisor to join the team on a civil road work project on the Gillies Range in Far North Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor looking to take the next step in their career while working on a technically interesting project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. While previous slope stabilisation experience is highly regarded, candidates with strong road construction experience and exposure to similar works are encouraged to apply. 

Civil Site Supervisor

• $130,000 pa + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card

The Role:

• Supervise and manage subcontractors across slope stabilisation works
• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
• Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Monitor quality, productivity, and compliance with TMR requirements
• Assist with problem-solving and provide practical support on site when required
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project

What do you require to be successful in this position:

• 5-7 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor
• Previous experience on road construction projects
• Understanding of slope stabilisation methodologies, including drilling, shotcreting, and pylon installation
• Ability to effectively supervise and coordinate subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Current Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
