Administration Assistant / Receptionist supporting a busy engineering office. Reception, data entry, invoice processing & admin support.
We're currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant / Receptionist for a long-term opportunity based in Henderson with a well-established engineering company supporting the marine, mining, and industrial sectors.
This is a hands-on office support role suited to someone who enjoys being organised, working within a practical trade-based environment, and supporting day-to-day operations across reception, administration, data entry, and accounts payable functions.

- $30 - $35 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday | 8am - 4pm

Key Duties:
- Reception and phone enquiries
- High-volume data entry into company systems
- Processing supplier invoices
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
- Processing supplier invoices and supporting accounts payable functions
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial and supplier records
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting management and workshop staff
Requirements:
- Previous administration / reception experience
- Strong data entry and organisational skills
- Previous accounts payable or invoice processing experience highly regarded
- Good Microsoft Office skill
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience in engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or trade-based environments highly regarded
